Monica C. O’Brien
Monica C O’Brien was admitted to practice in both the state of Illinois and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1993. Monica is also a member of the Trial Bar of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, admitted in 2010.
Monica O’Brien joined the firm of Gregory K. Stern, P.C. in November 1993. She concentrates in bankruptcy law. As a caring advocate for her clients, she provides expert attention:

Prior to practicing law, Monica received her undergraduate degree from Loyal University Chicago in 1987 where she graduated magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree. After college, she worked for the State of Illinois as a forensic scientist. At the same time, she attended law school at the Illinois Institute of Technology-Kent College of Law.In 1993, she graduated with honors.
While attending law school, Monica served as a member of the Moot Court team.
